Beginning March 11th registration will be $95. You may pay the registration fee in one of three ways:
If you will be paying for the conference with a Purchase Order, you will need your PO number in order to finalize your registration
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests need to be made by personally contacting Catherine Halliwell-Templin no later than April 1st, 2014 at 5:00PM.
Requests made on or before April 1, 2014 will receive a full refund of their registration (minus a $25.00 administrative fee). Refunds will not be granted for cancellation requests made after April 1, 2014.(Substitutions of participants may be allowed). ![]() Registration is closed as of April 1 |
